Booking now for the 2026 season · Installs begin the first week of October

Full service, one price

Everything from the first measurement to the empty bin in January.

Most quotes you'll get are for hanging lights. Ours is for the whole season — the design, the product, the labor, the mid-season repairs, the removal, and the storage. You don't buy anything, own anything, or store anything.

Design

A plan for your roofline

We look at your peaks, dormers, columns, and trees and design to the architecture — clean, symmetrical lines instead of whatever the strand length happened to be.

Product

Lights cut to your house

Commercial-grade LED strands custom-cut to your exact measurements, so there are no dangling ends or doubled-up runs. Warm white, pure white, or color.

Install

Clips, never staples

Every bulb is clipped to shingle or gutter. Nothing is nailed, stapled, or taped to your home, and cords are routed out of sight to a timer.

Season

We fix it, all season

A bulb goes out or a gust pulls a run loose, you text us. We come back and fix it at no charge through January — that's the part that actually matters in Colorado.

After

Removal and storage

We take everything down in January, label your strands, and store them in our warehouse. Next year they come back out and go up in a fraction of the time.

Peace of mind

Insured, so you're not liable

We carry general liability coverage on every job, and we'll send you a certificate of insurance before we start if you want to see it. If something happens on a ladder at your house, it isn't your problem or your homeowner's policy.

How it works

Four steps, and one of them is yours.

Book the estimate

Pick a window on our calendar. We'll confirm by text and show up when we said we would.

Walk the design

We measure, talk through options, and send a fixed written price the same day. Approve it online whenever you're ready.

We install

Usually a single visit, typically a few hours. You don't need to be home. We set the timer and clean up the site.

We come get them

After the holidays we pull everything down, patch nothing because we damaged nothing, and store your strands until next season.

Packages

Three packages, published, before you ever call.

Most companies in this trade won't give you a number until they've been to your house. Here are ours. Every one includes the lights, the install, repairs all season, the January takedown, and off-season storage — there is no second invoice.

What can move the number

Wreaths, garland, three-story or steep-pitch rooflines, and unusually large trees are quoted separately. We tell you before we start, never after.

What never gets added

Service calls, burnt bulbs, wind repairs, takedown, and storage. All of it is already in the price you agreed to in October.

Returning customers

Year two is faster — your strands are already cut and labeled in our warehouse. Rebook before the season opens for our early rate.

Questions

The things people ask before they book.

Do I buy the lights, or do you?

We do. The strands are ours, cut to fit your house and included in your seasonal price. You're never left with a bin of lights in the garage — and because we store them, year two goes up faster.

How much does it cost?

Three packages: $950 for up to 175 feet, $1,550 for up to 300 feet, which usually covers a full front elevation plus shrubs, and $2,550 for up to 500 feet, which is normally enough for the whole property including wrapped mature trees. Footage is yours to spend on roofline, trees, or both. Between or beyond those, it's $950 for the first 175 feet and $5 per additional foot. Every price includes the lights, the install, repairs all season, the January takedown, and storage — there's no second bill. Three-story or steep-pitch rooflines are quoted separately and you'll see that number before we start. Estimates are free and there's no obligation.

How does payment work?

The estimate is free and there's no charge to have us out. If you decide to go ahead, we collect 50% when you approve the quote — that's what reserves your install date and pays for the lights, which get cut to your house and aren't usable anywhere else. The balance is charged after your lights are up and you've seen them lit. Card or bank transfer, and we can keep a card on file so the second half handles itself.

When should I book?

Earlier than you think. The calendar fills through October and the best install windows go first. We start installs the first week of October and run through early December, and you choose when yours turns on.

What happens when the wind takes a section down?

You text us and we come fix it, at no charge, any time through takedown. Front Range wind is exactly why we clip rather than staple and why maintenance is built into the price instead of billed as a callout.

Will this damage my roof or gutters?

No. Every bulb is attached with a clip designed for shingle or gutter edge. Nothing is nailed, screwed, stapled, or taped to the house.

Worth knowing: Colorado doesn't license holiday lighting installers, so anyone in this trade calling themselves "licensed" is telling you very little. What actually protects you is insurance. We carry general liability coverage and we'll hand you the certificate before we start — ask every company you talk to for theirs.

When do the lights come down?

Starting the first week of January, weather permitting, and we're usually done by the end of the month. You don't need to schedule it — we reach out to you.

Do you do anything besides Christmas lights?

Christmas lighting is what we're doing right now, and we'd rather do one thing properly than four things adequately. Peak Curb Appeal is built as a year-round exterior services company, so more is coming. Ask us what's next.

The good install weeks go first.
